Main raw material and utility required by the plant shall be solar salt, process water and electricity all available or to be outsourced locally.
Product and Packaging
The WATTCCON plant shall produce high grade, low impurity Sodium Hypochlorite of about 40,000 Liters per day expandable to a maximum of 160,000 liters per day of 12.5% w/v (equivalent to 125ppm or gram per liter of Chlorine concentration). A second plant in Rivers State producing 200,000 liters per day is to strategically follow the Kaduna plant.WATTCCON’s Sodium Hypochlorite will be packaged for sale to prospective customers in HDPE containers with tamper proof seal. For special delivery requests,1000 litre(steel armoured), 6,500 litre and 8,800 litre Upvc / GRP bulk storage drums can be arranged. Product Specification Data of WATTCCON’s proposed Sodium Hypochlorite,Material Safety Data Sheet, our Conditions of Saleand the GE CLOROMAT production technology can be viewed and downloaded from this site.WATTCCON’s Sodium Hypochlorite shall be offered with a promise of high quality, low impurity and on-time delivery guaranteeing our customers prompt technical support, reduced costs, safer and easier handling and a better product environmental impact via a cost beneficial phase-out of the conventional and often hazardous Chlorine gas and Calcium Hypochlorite HTH powder hitherto used for dis-infection and bleaching purposes, most times without guaranty of originality and shelf life quality.
