WATTCCON Ltd. Kaduna has a very unique assemblage of staff who make up TEAM WATTCCON. The team comprises management, regular and contract staff who work hard collectively to achieve organizational goals. Our company takes exception to the welfare of its staff and therefore has in place an Administrative/Human Resource unit which applies value based practices to ensure proper and efficient functioning of the company in a disciplined environment.
WATTCCON’s HR unit has a goal of making the company one fo the best and most desired place to work in Nigeria and Africa at large.
Training and Development
All team members have enjoyed high level training at the Kaduna Business School Drucker center for entrepreneurship and other institutions around the world including the American Management Association in New York & Atlanta USA, GE ITP training in Dubai and Jordan, LBS and ITF.
Some of the trainings covered: Technical Project Management, Six Sigma Quality course, HR Management, World Class Marketing, Health, Safety & Environment, Strategy & Networking, Accounts & Finance, Management & Corporate governance, Project Management.
GE ITP training
Five members of the Team are certified GE ITP (Independent Third Party) commercial sales trainees of the GE Europe, Middle East & Africa regional headquarters.
